PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
TRITON is the world's first triple combination (ivermectin, levamisole and albendazole) sheep drench.
For the treatment and control of adult and immature gastrointestinal worms sensitive to either ivermectin, levamisole or albendazole and strains that have single or dual resistance to these action families:benzimidazole, levamisole/morantel, avermectin/milbemycin(including moxidectin).
PRODUCT BENEFITS
- Mathematical models demonstrate the value of TRITON to significantly delay the development of resistance to all three drench families.
- TRITON contains three short acting drenches which are absorbed rapidly, act quickly to kill parasites and then are eliminated quickly so as not to exert undue selection pressure for the development of resistance.
- TRITON has the highest efficacy and greater effectiveness against more parasites, at more stages than is possible with any one drench or any two in combination.
- If resistance is a problem use TRITON now to maintain productivity or use it to delay the development of resistance to all three drench families and safeguard the future.
- TRITON removes the need for annual rotation between drench families.
- TRITON has the shortest meat withholding period of any triple combination, allowing greater flexibility with drafting schedules.
WITHHOLDING PERIOD
Meat: Do not use less than 14 days before slaughter for human consumption.
Milk: If milk is for human consumption do not use in lactating sheep or within 35 days of producing milk.
